Job summary

ACC Management Group seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support three affordable housing communities in WI. You will handle day-to-day office operations, show vacancies, and process leases, renewals, and resident communications.

The role requires strong organizational and customer service skills, with 1–2 years in leasing or property management preferred. Flexible schedule across Havenwood and Gilbert Court is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong office and administrative experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with leasing or property management preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and move-in/move-out processes is a plus.
• Proficient with basic office software and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complexes for showings and move-ins and manage paperwork.
• Explain property features to prospects and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Coordinate lease paperwork and renewal notices with accuracy.
• Address resident issues and coordinate maintenance requests.
