Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented Community Manager to oversee two affordable housing properties—Uplands Homes in Sun Prairie, WI and Monroe St in Waterloo, WI. You will work with residents, coordinate showings, lease processing, and renewals, while supervising on-site staff and maintaining strong resident relations.

Experience in affordable housing/property management is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork, organization, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years property management or related experience.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws a plus.
• Experience with Onesite software a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complexes and vacancies for showings and move-in dates.
• Communicate property features to prospects.
• Coordinate lease paperwork and renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly.
• Supervise on-site maintenance staff.
• Maintain files and records per policies.
