Job summary

Avanath Capital, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Milpitas, CA, to drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations within the community. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, present apartments, process applications and deposits, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining accurate records in the Yardi system.

The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment, with potential evening/weekend shifts and bilingual English/Spanish abilities highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all visits on guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate community and apartment/model features to prospects and close the sale.
• Have the prospect complete the application and collect deposits.
• Update availability reports and process applications for approvals.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on agreed date.
• Follow up with prospects who did not close and refer to sister communities if needed.
• Assist in renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Type leases and input data into Yardi accurately.
