Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to oversee leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. You will show, lease, tour, and sign leases while maintaining model units and handling paperwork.

Regular on-site presence and market analysis support are required to optimize occupancy and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include lease audits, turnover tasks, and maintaining data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease administration and resident relations.
• Regular on-site attendance is required and tours for prospective residents.
• Show, lease, tour community, and sign leases; complete necessary paperwork.
• Assist with lease audits, walk units, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
