Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. The role requires regular on-site presence and strong customer service skills to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and close leases.

You will support marketing efforts, maintain accurate lead data, and assist in retention initiatives while ensuring a positive resident experience and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover.
• Support marketing outreach and market surveys to drive traffic and leasing results.
• Maintain prospect data and respond to leads within 24 hours; support retention programs.
