Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. The role requires daily on-site presence, greeting prospects, tours, lease signings, and completing all related paperwork to close leases.

You will support retention efforts and contribute to a high-performance team culture. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package with 401K matching, health coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits, tours, and turn processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs and office upkeep.
• Review market surveys and maintain knowledge of property and competition.
