Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will greet visitors, qualify applicants, conduct tours, and sign leases while maintaining team communication and data accuracy.

You will also handle leasing paperwork, audits, and market surveys, while ensuring excellent service to residents. A stable, safety-conscious environment supports growth and career progression.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA basic knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet and qualify.
• Complete leasing paperwork and conduct follow-up.
• Assist with lease audits, walks, and turn process.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond within 24 hours.
• Use marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop retention programs and assist with newsletters and events.
• Contribute to office upkeep and model cleanliness.
• Review market surveys and stay informed on property conditions.
