Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to handle leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. You will show units, qualify prospects, tour communities, and sign leases.

You’ll also complete leasing paperwork and support marketing plans to increase traffic and meet leasing goals. The role requires regular on-site attendance, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead property leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Process leasing paperwork and conduct tours.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns.
