Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to handle all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires regular on-site attendance and the ability to show units, qualify prospects, and close leases.

The ideal candidate understands on-site software functions, is familiar with Fair Housing Laws, and can manage leasing paperwork and data with attention to detail. This position offers a structured environment with total rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• On-site leasing and resident relations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for a property.
• Attend onsite daily and greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Close sales by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Support in resident retention programs and events; assist with marketing plans.
