Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly leasing reports to inform rent growth.
• Ensure leasing staff complies with Fair Housing and corporate procedures.
• Enter data in Entrata accurately for quality follow-up.
• Project a favorable image of the community to meet property objectives.
• Generate and track traffic of prospective residents with effective marketing techniques.
• Close sales with tours and follow-up while maintaining lead flow.
• Submit market surveys, calendars, guest cards, and service requests promptly.
• Update social media channels to promote the property.
• Oversee renewal kick-off, plan events, and Community Ambassador zone walks.
• Maintain confidentiality of client, resident, and company information.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Report time and attendance.
• Explain lease documents and addenda to residents and prospective residents.
• Participate in move-in/move-out activities.
• Manage time efficiently and assist in corporate projects as requested.
• Maximize revenue and occupancy while staying within the marketing budget.
