Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional (Student) to effectively market our community, meet leasing targets, and enhance resident experience. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, conduct tours, and manage follow-ups while supporting on-campus marketing efforts.

For New Jersey positions, a valid New Jersey Real Estate License is required. Evening and weekend hours are expected; prior sales/marketing and residential leasing experience are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant major preferred.
• Minimum 1 year sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Residential leasing experience preferred.
• Licenses/certifications strongly preferred and may be required in some cases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market the community through social media and local events.
• Schedule and conduct tours; close leases in line with targets.
• Enter data into property management software and track leasing metrics.
• Assist with email/text campaigns and resident communications.
• Maintain positive resident experience and address concerns per policy.
• Assist in on-campus marketing events and community outreach.
