Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide a high level of service.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Drive daily sales and marketing to promote and sell available homes within the community.
• Conduct community tours for prospective buyers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Work occasional weekend hours to support open houses and events.
• Assist with leasing process for new move-ins and renewals.
