Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Richland, WA. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and daily property operations at Richland Mobile Home Park.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents and teammates
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle conflict and provide high level of customer service
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management
• Desire to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability of the property
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants, contractors, and local authorities
• Marketing and sales skills to promote vacant homes and maintain occupancy

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG in a positive and professional manner
• Drive daily sales and marketing efforts to promote and sell available homes
• Conduct community tours for prospective buyers
• Work occasional weekends to support open houses and RV site activities
• Collaborate with Community Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee rent collections, ledgers, delinquency follow-ups, and evictions as needed
• Assist with applications and leasing processes for new move-ins and renewals
• Perform daily property walks and document findings for action
• Conduct unit inspections and follow up on issues
• Address resident concerns and maintain high resident satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with residents, vendors and stakeholders
• Attend professional meetings and regulatory inspections
