Investment Property Group seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support operations at Majestic Mobile Manor Estates (55+ senior community) and an all-ages RV park in Puyallup, WA. You’ll drive leasing, rent collection, tours, and resident relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and provide high level of customer service tailored to the community demographic.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property.
• Deliver excellent customer service, including responsiveness to tenant needs and community engagement.
• Handle complaints and ensure community standards are upheld.
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Marketing and sales skills to promote vacant homes and maintain high occupancy rates.

Responsibilities

• Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Drive daily sales and marketing efforts to promote and sell available homes within the community.
• Conduct community tours and engage prospective buyers with enthusiasm.
• Work occasional weekend hours to support open houses and RV site operations.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure daily activities and operations run smoothly.
• Oversee rent collections, maintain ledgers, follow up on delinquencies, and coordinate evictions as needed.
• Assist with applicant screening, leasing, renewals, and waitlist management.
• Perform daily property walks and document conditions for corrective action.
• Inspect units regularly and follow up on issues with documentation and action.
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.
