Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with daily operations of the property.
• Process rent payments, move-ins/outs and month-end close.
• Maintain marketing, leasing and curb appeal efforts.
• Support tax credit compliance and reporting requirements.
• Lease apartments and guide residents through application and move-in.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
