Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador in St. Louis to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and enhance resident experience.

You will support marketing efforts, participate in events, and help meet occupancy goals under supervision from the Community Manager. Ideal candidates will have strong organization, reliability, and Microsoft Office proficiency, with Entrata experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills.
• Reliable and self-disciplined.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Entrata experience preferred.
• Commitment to 15–20 hours per week including evenings & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and enhance resident experience to maximize occupancy.
• Generate leads and complete guest cards.
• Schedule and conduct tours; follow up with prospects.
• Assist with social media promotion and on/off-campus events.
• Support email and text campaigns using property management software.
• Maintain a positive community environment and address resident concerns.
• Adhere to housing contracts and policies; escalate violations as needed.
• Participate in Turn-related activities: move-ins/out, unit make-readies, inspections, and cleaning.
