Qualificações

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Regular on-site attendance is required and duties include showing, leasing, and moving in prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with lease audits and turnover processes.
• Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and utilize sales strategies to meet leasing goals.
• Perform general administrative tasks and contribute to resident retention initiatives.
