Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression and make the community feel like home to future residents.
• Publish engaging Facebook posts to attract new residents.
• Conduct virtual tours for prospective residents.
• Host community events to build resident belonging and retention.
• Respond to prospective resident questions about community amenities.
• Brainstorm fresh community marketing ideas with the marketing team, such as TikTok content.
