Indigo Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet future residents, showcase our community, and guide tours both virtually and in person. You’ll post on social channels, host events, and collaborate with marketing to keep residents engaged and attract new ones.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a passion for community-building. This on-site role offers a dynamic team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• You are a natural communicator. You can make the complex simple across channels (phone, email, chat, Facebook etc.).
• You can sell just about anything and stay resilient in the face of rejection.
• You are curious and driven, asking root questions and following up.
• You believe the details matter and will do it right.
• You are flexible and eager to learn new things and adapt to change.
• You must have at least two years’ experience helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Creating the first impression and making our community feel like home to future residents.
• Publishing an engaging Facebook post to attract new residents.
• Conducting a virtual tour for time-strapped future residents.
• Hosting a community event to foster belonging and retention.
• Responding to questions about amenities and services.
• Brainstorming with marketing on fresh community ideas (e.g., TikTok content).
