Qualifications

• Prior leasing or property management experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with property management software (Yardi/OneSite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse residents.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for tours.
