Goindigoliving is seeking a Leasing Consultant to create welcoming first impressions, conduct virtual tours, and publish social content that highlights our communities. You’ll host events, answer resident questions, and collaborate with marketing on new ideas to attract and retain residents.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer experience, strong communication skills across channels, and a solutions‑oriented mindset. This role is onsite and includes growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience helping customers.
• Ability to communicate across phone, email, chat and social channels.
• Comfort selling solutions and handling rejection with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create the first impression and make our community feel like home for future residents.
• Publish engaging Facebook posts to attract new residents.
• Conduct virtual tours for time‑strapped prospects.
• Host community events to foster belonging and long‑term stays.
• Answer questions about amenities (e.g., pool, dry cleaning options nearby).
• Brainstorm marketing ideas with the team, including TikTok features.
