Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing, events, or community engagement experience.
• Real estate marketing experience preferred.
• Strong event planning, project management and communication skills.
• Creativity with a strong eye for presentation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings and weekends for events.
• Excellent relationship-building with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Drive traffic and enhance the customer experience across multiple communities.
• Activate national campaigns locally.
• Improve community presentation and support content creation.
• Provide insights that help drive sales performance.
• Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished and brand-aligned.
• Manage the full event process from planning to onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry and reporting.
• Track traffic trends and review online listings.
• Evaluate sign routes and share weekly leadership insights.
• Manage marketing inventory and vendors.
• Support photography and video needs.
• Assist with community launches and closeouts.
• Ensure information centers are visitor-ready.
