VOALA in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time GRYD Community Intervention Worker to support youth and families in GRYD Zones, delivering Transitional Client Services and connecting clients to WorkSource, YouthSource and FamilySource resources.

You will work on case planning with Case Managers, engage gang-involved youths, participate in community events, and coordinate with LAPD and GRYD Office to reduce gang activity while maintaining on-site service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Experience with at-risk families or gang populations.
• Ability to work on-site daily.
• 3 years' relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engage with youth and families in GRYD Zone to deliver Transitional Client Services.
• Maintain active caseloads and coordinate with Case Managers.
• Conduct fieldwork to link clients with WorkSource, YouthSource, and FamilySource services.
• Attend planning meetings and GRYD/FFN/SNL sites as needed.
• Record progress using SET and ETO data entry.
• Collaborate with LAPD and GRYD Office to reduce gang activity.
