The Juris Agency is seeking a community-oriented supports staff member in its Pontiac agency. This role can be part-time (15-20 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week), with duties spanning client assistance, high-quality customer service, and office support.

Candidates must pursue a Property & Casualty license within three months and a Life & Health license within a year, ensuring compliance and professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be community-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry.
• Must obtain a Property & Casualty License within three months of hire.
• Must obtain a Life & Health License within one year of hire.
