The Juris Agency in Moline, IL is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our in-office insurance team. This full-time salaried role focuses on client accounts, policy servicing, scheduling, and proactive customer care.

Candidates must be licensed in property and casualty, with Life/Health licenses preferred; training and reimbursement programs are available. You will handle calls, emails, quotes, and daily tasks to support agents and retain clients.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in property and casualty authorities.
• Life and health authorities preferred; obtain within 60 days if not already held.
• Assessment completes during interview process to evaluate fit.

Responsibilities

• Client account & policy servicing, appointment scheduling, cross-selling considerations, payment posting, retention assistance.
• Inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, client follow up, new/existing business quoting.
• Daily past due and cancellation tracking, and assisting with delegated tasks by agent.
