The Juris Agency in Rhode Island is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients, handle questions, changes, and payments, and help clients understand coverage options.

The role requires a valid Personal Lines P&C license, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a friendly, client-focused environment with weekday hours and evenings off.

Qualifications

• Personal lines P&C license required.

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
