The role requires an active Maryland P&C license, 3+ years in insurance sales, strong MS Office and agency software skills, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty license.
• 3+ years of insurance sales or high-volume client advising.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify coverage gaps.
• Develop and present tailored insurance quotes.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects through local networking.
• Ensure applications and documentation meet regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with underwriters and claims to resolve issues.
• Participate in strategy sessions to improve retention.
