Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty license (or eligible).
• Life and Health license within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Identify the unique needs of local community members and provide suitable insurance protection.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular check-ins.
• Explain policy terms, coverage options, and risks so clients feel well-informed.
• Process renewals and manage policy changes with high attention to detail.
• Participate in local community events to increase agency presence and build local trust.
• Collaborate with the team to reach office goals while maintaining a helpful atmosphere.
