The Atlantic District in Cumberland, Maryland is seeking a General Agent to anchor the local team and lead our community-based insurance operations. You will mentor producers, shape local strategy, and act as the trusted voice for clients with the full backing of our national network.

Qualifications

• Must hold the Life & Health Producer License valid in Maryland.
• 3+ years of experience managing insurance portfolios or agency operations.
• Proven ability to develop local business growth strategies.
• Strong public speaking and networking capabilities.
• Familiarity with regional Cumberland area market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Cumberland office to drive growth and service excellence.
• Mentor and guide a team of producers to improve sales techniques and achieve goals.
• Identify and pursue local market expansion opportunities through partnerships and events.
• Ensure high-quality client interactions and accurate policy guidance.
