Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and coverage principles.
• Experience in consultative sales or client-facing advisory roles.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently.
• Comfort with digital documentation and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families in Annapolis to listen to their unique stories and identify their protection needs.
• Educate clients on coverage options in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
• Draft and present customized insurance proposals addressing life goals and financial safety nets.
• Maintain an active schedule of client reviews to ensure coverage keeps pace with life changes.
• Nurture existing client relationships through thoughtful check-ins and responsive communication.
• Collaborate with internal support staff to ensure policy changes are handled accurately and promptly.
