You will manage a steady pipeline of leads, maintain active client reviews, and collaborate with our support team to ensure accurate policy changes.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Experience in a consultative sales or client-facing advisory role preferred.
• Strong ability to educate clients on complex coverage options in clear terms.
• Comfort with managing a pipeline of leads and following up consistently.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families in Annapolis to identify protection needs.
• Educate clients on coverage options and present clear proposals.
• Draft customized insurance proposals aligned with clients’ life goals.
• Maintain an active schedule of client reviews to reflect life changes.
