Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Community Inclusion Support Specialist (DSP) in Eugene, Oregon. This role involves providing personalized 1:1 support in individuals' homes, assisting with daily activities, and encouraging independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Personal or professional experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to provide references.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in individuals’ homes.
• Help individuals stay engaged with community events.
• Assist with a variety of household duties.
