PREMIER COMMUNITY SUPPORTS, LLC. is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in The Dalles, OR to provide person-centered care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. In this role, you’ll help make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by fostering independence and community engagement.

The position requires strong communication and empathy skills, with duties ranging from daily living support to organizing community activities while ensuring the safety and dignity of those you support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with the I/DD community or 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build a supportive, person‑centered relationship with the individual.
• Promote autonomy and choice for the individual.
• Assist with daily living activities as required.
