Dungarvin in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Float to provide direct care in residential group homes. This role supports individuals with I/DD, helping with daily living tasks in a compassionate, person-centered manner.

We offer an hourly rate starting at $21.50, paid orientation, full-time permanent employment, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of DSP/Caregiver experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle for client transportation between programs.
• Flexible schedule with open availability; weekends required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide references.
• Able to attend two weeks of paid in-house orientation and training.

Responsabilités

• Enrich and support residents in the supported living program.
• Provide companionship and personalized care with respect and dignity.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, including use of lifts.
