Responsibilities

• Model the YMCA core values and implement character development in programs and operations.
• Represent the YMCA and maintain relationships with area organizations and businesses.
• Coordinate development and management of Center programs to meet community needs.
• Develop, manage, and monitor the Center operating budget and meet targets.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and direct staff/volunteers on campaigns.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance with laws and policies.
