YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations, drive program development, and advance community impact at the Northwest Cobb YMCA. You will guide staff, volunteers, and branch leadership to deliver high-quality programs and exceptional member experiences.

The role requires a strong track record in nonprofit leadership, strategic budgeting, and successful fundraising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in leadership roles in nonprofit settings.
• Demonstrated experience building and sustaining branch/organization programs.
• Strong strategic, financial, and fundraising capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of quality and service to meet and exceed goals set by the Board.
• Represents and promotes the Y in the local community through strategic relationships.
• Develop, manage, and monitor a balanced operating budget.
• Direct high-quality member engagement strategies.
• Provide metrics to measure program and membership impact.
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications and safety protocols.
• Lead the Why It Matters Annual Giving Campaign and fundraising initiatives.
• Mentor and develop branch staff and volunteers; build a strong organizational culture.
