Job summary

Catholic Charities is seeking an HR Recruiter in Parsippany, NJ to lead full-cycle recruitment for staff and supervisory roles. You will source candidates, present at events, manage pipelines, and train hiring managers on best practices. The role requires strong interviewing, interpersonal, and social media recruiting skills.

The position is full-time in-office with occasional travel (approx. 30%) to agency sites.

Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' working experience in recruitment (5+ years ideal).
• Experience conducting interviews (behavioral/situational preferred) and delivering presentations.
• Proficiency in social media recruitment and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage recruitment methods for open roles.
• Conduct virtual and in-person group/individual presentations.
• Track interview outcomes and recruitment pipeline activity.
• Maintain candidate pools for staff and supervisory vacancies.
• Train hiring directors/managers on the recruitment process.
