Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting and TA operations in a hybrid Timonium, MD role. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to define needs, source candidates, and maintain compliant processes from requisition through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in HR, business, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., UKG, Taleo, ICIMS).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; active listening.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated accountability with minimal supervision.
• Discretion and professionalism in confidential settings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned programs with timely, high-quality hiring.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates using social media, job boards, networking, and partnerships.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define needs, develop interview plans, and communicate clearly.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and teams to prevent delays.
• Prepare and document job offers with 24-hour turnaround after approval.
• Represent Catholic Charities at job fairs and community events; track outcomes and provide feedback.
• Contribute to employer branding and engagement reflecting the organization’s mission and values.
• Send personalized welcome cards to new hires to reinforce a culture of care.
• Manage requisition intake and posting within 2–3 business days; escalate delays.
• Ensure accurate job postings aligned with classification, compensation, and branding.
• Verify data integrity in the ATS and related HR systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Execute hires in UKG using established protocols for onboarding handoff.
• Monitor the Talent Acquisition inbox daily; prioritize responses and delegation.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with colleges, universities, and community organizations; document outreach.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen efficiency and accountability.
• Support the Director with ad-hoc reporting, analytics, and administrative projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
