Job summary

Hope Christian Services in New Jersey is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The role supports recruiting, onboarding, and general HR tasks while helping individuals reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting, administrative, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting for a variety of positions across the organization.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation scheduling, and required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS and applicant tracking system.
• Respond to routine employee questions and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.
• Support benefits administration, employee relations, leave administration, and compliance as needed.
