Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain apartment community public facilities and common areas.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Follow Asset key policy and safety procedures.
