Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper for our apartment community. You will clean public areas, make-ready vacant units, and maintain offices and amenities daily under the Community Manager's supervision.

Regular on-site attendance, adherence to Fair Housing and OSHA guidelines, and strong customer service are essential. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits as part of our total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.

Responsibilities

• Community housekeeping
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• General cleaning and trash removal of grounds and residential areas
• Cleaning and preparing vacant units for move-in
• Cleaning and upkeep daily of community offices, amenities
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Report observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
• Utilize property resources and supplies economically
• Perform additional tasks assigned by Community Manager
• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround
• Project a favorable image of the community to achieve objectives
• Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor
