Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community's public facilities, common areas, and grounds, and to manage the make-ready process under the Community Manager's supervision prior to move-in. Responsibilities include daily on-site housekeeping, cleaning vacant units, responding to resident requests, and upholding safety and Fair housing compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; a bachelor's degree is preferred or related

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or one year in housing industry.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community housekeeping and maintenance of public areas and grounds.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain offices and amenities.
• Respond to resident/management requests and manage work orders promptly.
• Follow Asset key policy and report policy violations to the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with residents.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry

Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
