Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community's public facilities, common areas, and grounds. The role supports make-ready processes under the Community Manager's supervision.

Essential duties include daily on-site cleaning, trash removal, cleaning and preparing vacant units, and keeping offices and amenities up to standard. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or higher; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Basic computer skills required to perform on-site software functions.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community housekeeping and upkeep of grounds and offices.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders in a timely manner.
• Uphold Asset key policy and report policy violations to the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations and project a positive image of the community.
• Enforce community policies and assist with make-ready processes as needed.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year’s experience in the housing industry
