Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean and orderly apartment community and assist with make-ready units. The role requires diligent daily cleaning of offices, facilities, show units, and common areas, with prompt reporting of damages to the Lead Maintenance Technician or Community Manager.

Ideal candidates will maintain high standards of cleanliness, be physically capable of moving items and cleaning, and be prepared to perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Maintains cleanliness of the community and models/show units daily.
• Reports any damages to Lead Maintenance Technician or Community Manager.
• Ability to operate in open work area with moderate noise.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical appearance of the community and assist make-ready apartments.
• Clean the office, clothes care facilities and common areas daily.
• Clean or freshen models/show units daily.
• Report damages to Lead Maintenance Technician or Community Manager.
• Ensure apartments are like-new prior to viewing by residents.
• Clean appliances, woodwork, doors, fixtures, counters, cabinets, and windows.
• Touch up vacant units to keep make-ready condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
