Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. The role includes preparing vacant units for move-in and supporting the Community Manager in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site attendance is required, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning of the apartment community’s public facilities and common areas.
• Prepare and clean vacant units for move-in per make-ready standards.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Enforce community policies and safety guidelines; report violations to the Community Manager.
• Maintain a positive image of the community and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with upkeep of offices, amenities and grounds as needed.

Education
