Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the center and handle day-to-day inquiries.
• Process printing, invoicing, and service requests; open tickets in the service portal.
• Help plan and run local networking events and coordinate center activities.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming workspace and support center operations.
