Job summary

firsthand Health, based in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Manager, Community Operations to lead market-level community teams of peers, social workers, and clinicians delivering person-centric care.

You will recruit, coach, and supervise staff, translate strategy into daily operations, and partner with leadership to expand local presence and referral networks with CMHCs and health systems. A strong multidisciplinary background and startup experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in a healthcare-focused business leading community-based teams.
• Minimum of three years direct supervisory experience managing peer recovery specialists or similar staff.
• Experience in multidisciplinary settings and early-stage startups preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire community teams of peers, social workers, and clinicians.
• Oversee recruitment and performance of community-based staff.
• Ensure execution of operational and strategic plans amid evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with Senior Director, Operations to expand local presence and referrals.
• Coach staff to hit OKRs and communicate progress and pain points to stakeholders.
• Drive integrated care by coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
