Job summary

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks an Integrated Health Operations Manager to oversee health satellite clinics and front desk operations, delivering client-centered care to vulnerable populations. Lead diverse teams, coordinate scheduling, referrals, and registration across sites, and partner with providers and leadership to strengthen integrated services.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in health operations, HIPAA experience, and proficiency with practice management systems.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in healthcare or client services.
• Experience managing 10+ employees across multiple locations.
• HIPAA trained or proficient in HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Understanding of community health clinic operations.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and eligibility for CCH auto insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in practice management systems and medical office software.
• Experience with Excel and general budget/accounting data.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Client Access Representatives, Enrollment Specialists, and Coordinators.
• Oversee clinic operations, scheduling, referrals, and registration across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with clinical directors and revenue cycle staff to align provider schedules and improve access.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Drive customer service with cultural humility and trauma-informed care.
