You will partner with the Executive Director to implement annual selling plans, manage budgets, and coordinate events to showcase services.

The role emphasizes closing sales, building networks, and training leadership in effective marketing strategies across assisted living communities in the Midland area.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, selling and closing in assisted living settings.
• Strong ability to train and coach staff in marketing skills and selling techniques.
• Flexible travel to cover community markets and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site sales support to increase occupancy to budgeted levels.
• Develop and implement marketing and selling plans for assigned communities.
• Close sales by guiding prospects through decision-making and explaining services.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and resident communities.
• Use sales processes to track information, compile data and reports for occupancy goals.
• Train/coach the Executive Director and backup teams in marketing and selling skills.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand marketing needs and execute plans.
