Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC seeks a Community Relations Director to provide on-site sales support, drive occupancy to budgeted levels, and develop marketing and selling plans with leadership. You will close sales by guiding prospective residents and building referral networks through community involvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support on-site sales to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement marketing and selling plans with the Executive Director.
• Close sales by guiding prospects through decision-making.
• Create referral networks and market outside events.
• Train and coach staff in marketing and selling techniques.
• Maintain budgets and track performance of the Sales Plan.
